Veterinary Referrals

Our team has access to a network of veterinary specialists. If your pet has a condition that requires added expertise, we may refer them to our colleagues at other hospitals. This is part of our commitment to providing the best care for our patients, even if they have to be done beyond our doors. In the same way, we also welcome pets sent to us by other hospitals, who may not be able to provide the treatments we offer.

How can I get a referral for my pet?

What do I need to bring for my pet’s appointment?

Rest assured, we will call you to let you know if you need to make additional preparations for your pet’s upcoming treatment or consultation at Oceanside. Your primary vet will have already forwarded us your medical records, so there is no need to bring those types of documents yourself.
